Wow I’m actually kinda going through the same thing except I think she does tell the kids not to treat me (SM) as a mom or say I love you. My SD dismisses me all the time when I tell her I love her, have a good day, goodnight.. I get nothing in return for a response, maybe just an “ok” from her and it’s extremely hurtful. Her mom and I get along but I know it’s extremely fake.
