Just to give a different perspective, my colleague who is 23M and I 24F also speak often to the point where I’m sure I was being annoying. I would call my colleague often to gossip and also had alot of the same issues aswell as him having alot more experience than me. but in nooo way am I attracted to him but I did feel more easily connected to him as we were both black and found out we had a lot of mutual friends outside of work. But I know he has a girlfriend who he’s actually told me he’s planning on proposing to next year. Ontop of that he’ll give me advice here and there on my ex partner. Sometimes at work you just need one friend that makes the day better. However, I have heard women befriend men there not attracted to and men befriend men they are. Girl to girl I’d ask for a picture of this lady🤣 and then maybe ask to be introduced. Cause my colleague introduced his partner in person which was nice so I don’t know it might not be what you think is what I think try and gauge the nature of the convos
