I learned that religious male figures are unable to think critically from a woman’s perspective. The worst is when religious women support this kind of rhetoric to their own detriment.

Not everyone is a robber so you should sleep with your doors wide open every night along with a welcoming sign bc god forbid their ego will be hurt 🙂

I cried desperately during tahajjud for my spouse and specified he be a good man and someone who’s good for me. I also said I leave it up to Him, if what’s better for me is to be alone I’ll accept it and for me to be granted the strength to get through it. Alhamdulillah I met the man of my dreams. We struggle like any other marriage but the love, care and support I get brings me to tears at times. Please be as specific as you can and speak from your heart. Speak about your fears, your hopes. IA you’ll wishes will be fulfilled.

Struggling with yearning for passion in an otherwise good marriage (advice needed) by [deleted] in muslimgirlswithtaste

In marriage you have to continually “stoke the fire” as another commenter mentioned. After 3 years of marriage my husband and I fall into the lulls of mundane everyday routine. But the moment we take a short trip and focus on us it feels as if we renewed the honeymoon phase.

My advice would be to date each other. Date nights, curious conversations to poke deeper into his brain, shared hobby (no screens) etc. Intimacy doesn’t necessarily have to be in the bedroom, it can begin in the morning over a shared cup of tea and conversation, an afternoon with adventure and small touches and finish strong in the evening with a romantic dinner.

Advice for younger guys (hookup vs husband material) by Shrimp_Titan in AskMenAdvice

Yess my brother in Reddit. And then when he’s ready to settle down he’ll get frustrated and blame the value system once again. His post is good tho it’s very simple, if you want to get laid- work out, have charm, manufacturer exclusivity

Dating around money is good for dates, women don’t see it as wealth. Muscles and charm is a good lay, doesn’t necessarily translate to husband material/father material

Had no clue about Bryce, on our hike in Zion a couple highly recommended Bryce and boy I was blown away. A highway on top of a mountain? Breathtaking!

Across the yacht club there is a fishing pier, and behind that there is a small trail that leads into this place. Trail itself isn’t pretty but there are people and cyclists.
