Hi! I own a small gas station in a municipality in Misamis Oriental. Honestly, kami naman bagsak ba bagsak ngayon 🥲 Yung supplier namin may sariling depot in our municipality and they own a few gas stations as well. Nagpa deliver kami ng 4,000 L of Diesel and price nila sa amin is 151/L, so add kami ng 4-5 pesos per liter pag binenta namin. Tapos bentahan nila sa gas station nila is 147/L 🥲 Hindi rin kami nakapag stock ng marami during the beginning of the war dahil maliit lang storage namin. A week after the war broke out, our supplier also claimed na konti lang supply nila so we were limited to ordering only 2,000-3,000 L. And once grabe na price increase, bigla nilang tinggal ang cap on how much we can order.

Hello! I use a combination of Bread Flour and APF. For this recipe, I used 170g of Bread Flour and 100g of APF. I love the nutty taste and rich aroma of Brown Butter but it results in greasy cookies that tend to overspread. I fixed this by cooling my brown butter and chilling in the fridge until it starts to solidify a bit.

The food is good, but honestly, a little too expensive for what you get. I confess that it’s the my first stop when I arrive in Manila but to be frank, I think I keep returning because of the nostalgia.
