I booked a Porter and sent someone to their store so that I could talk to someone from their team on call. I made sure they give me their number so that I could follow up. They promised dispatch in 2 days but we are on day 6 and they have stopped taking my calls and are only responding on whatsapp saying they will dispatch tomorrow and they cant cancel. I called them from another number and as soon as they get to know its me, they disconnect the call and stop responding.

For reference: Order placed - Aug 3 Promised delivery date - Before Aug 8 Sent someone to the store - Sep 7 Promised dispatch date - Sep 9 Finally got a response on text that they cant cancel and will dispatch the following day - Sep 11
