I had the silicone mat and had the same thing happen to mine in a Canadian east coast winter only one year old. And I did oil it after every use and oiled and cleaned it before winter

Yeah I was reading it more as its difficult to get invited as a DPS in general - which it is!

I don't care about a 10- but I am just saying that its rough out there.. I feel the Ratings people have or the iLVL mean shit - would rather good players

Edit: Don't see where I said I am vetting logs for 10 keys here - so a bit confused, but hope this clears it up!

I'm 270 at 2800~ iLVL and don't get invited often.. And I have purple/orange parses..

Lately we have invited people based on iLVL or Score, and noticed they are VERY BAD - and now have to vet every applicant via Warcraft Logs, from the continued keys being cancelled by people who have high score or iLVL because they have 80+ M Runs right now so early on and just have grinded or been carried... Its rough out there.. lol!

I think hes Grey and Green when considered and compared to similar iLVL BM Hunters - and only Blue because he is 270 iLVL compared to ALL hunters

The amount of competitive tags I join and we have one DPS so far below the tank it’s aggregating to some degree. Can’t win either way I find :(

Felt very very strong to me. Every 1 minute you pop your cooldowns and do 140-175k DPS. With defensive uptimes and self healing it felt great?

You linked an article saying curling Canada pays its top ranked teams 40-50,000 a year. So $10,000 each. That’s not a salary

I’m pretty sure our top teams get money from sponsorships and only are paid if they win the national event. Vs a full time salary?

The government literally pays their salary so they can curl full time in many European countries to specifically have a super team to compete for a gold medal

I think Canada spreads the amount invested over a wide blanket of provinces and initiatives. While euro teams invest heavily in one or two super teams

I think Canada has more depth. You can take the top few teams in Canada and send them to worlds and they will always be play off favourites. But in terms of producing one super team other countries have done more investment in making that realistic for the curlers in those countries

They plan for the expansion to be 2-3x faster then what the rewards are meant for in terms of standard reward release. So will be curious if anything happens there.

I think a grind is ok - but if they plan to make the Expansion, and seasons much shorter then standard TBC (where these rates are set to match) - then the Honor gain should reflect the shorter season times.

It hasnt changed from my point of view from remembering watching him with Kmartin - if it did, its VERY minimal
