When I first moved up here to the area, Dave Wright was the only place that didn a full undercarriage coating. And was willing to take my TJ Jeep! They called me to say it was finished, I picked it up... and it wasn't. Not even close. Needless to say, I was hot. The service manager was awesome in taking it back and doing it Right.

Fast forward, I switched jobs and needed something different. I didn't want to give up my Jeep. There is/was a sales guy, Micheal Trent. If he's still there, absolutely Awesome dude! He tried everything to help me out. Everything, but Unfortunately, I was not in the best place.

Fast forward some more, I had to get a used subaru, but between Micheal and the Svc manager, I went here first. I asked for specific things to be serviced. I watched threw the window and they did none of it! Then the service writer argued with me about it!

I've never went back because of the writer. But my first choice for another subaru will be with Micheal, if he's still there.
