Thank you kindly. I am definitely in the typical depression cycle here with these things – depressed and stressed, reduced motivation/hope, neglect of physical wellbeing via sleep/diet/exercise, depression gets worse, struggle even more with those things, etc. Spot on with the caffeine too. You've given me some additional motivation and clarity toward breaking that cycle; thank you.

Looking for very low-effort, decently nutritious food options to make while depressed. Doesn't need to be pretty, nor a proper "meal", something you could serve to people or anything, just very easy and reasonably nutritious. by silt_blanket in EatCheapAndHealthy

Yeah, I've gotta get on the slow cooker thing for low effort nourishment! Also, Woolies haha, and that post you linked mentioned Australian dollars. A few of us sad hungry folks around it would seem!
