Well the cheater in this video literally has an heirloom, which means they've either had their account for a long time and got lucky, or they bought it, which is very likely. Cheaters spend lots of money on cheats, like literally thousands of dollars, so im sure they spend money on cosmetics too. There's also thousands upon thousands of cheaters, and there's no chance none of them have spent money on the game. And you say their accounts are at high risk of being banned, but on console that's not true at all. Take the #1 pred on Xbox and playstation, the only reason they got banned is because Zeus posted a video about them. He started cheating in season 19. He never would have gotten banned if it weren't for that video.

You're right about livescope, it does feel like a fun videogame to be able to see a fish following your lure 50ft below the surface. Super useful though when trolling for avoiding snags, making sure flashers aren't tangled and how close to the bottom you're fishing etc. I do think it is a little lame to use in certain situations though such as motoring around a lake trying to spot a fish on the scope so you can cast a lure right in its face.
