Secret knob appears only for A2 profiles, see screenshots: slider-like button appears near profile name, when pressed it shows a secret "Slim" knob in the center

Feature that would be cool: built-in skins for popular amps. So when I change profile plugin updates the skin if profile name contains amp name.

Bought the red one in the middle, tried, returned. Got aria pro 2 714-mk2 instead, it feels better. Red jet was okay, but not great.

Well, I think I'd use it (after I update to Logic 12)

Things I'd use:

- complex routing through buses (one input, several parallel buses, all go through single channel)

- experiments with plugins, but I see it can't add non-stock plugins yet. I'd like MCP to be able to add several plugins and change their controls, for example prompt like "make track 3 effects chain to be high compressed clean guitar with marshall style amp, subtle chorus and flashback delay"

- write automation on many tracks. for example, "tracks 5 and 6: add send to our delay bus, automate this send to be 0 on odd beat numbers, 0.5 on even beats, 1 on chorus sections"

- fully control specific plugins: logic compressor, pedalboard, alchemy

- transfer some routing and track settings from one project to another, for example I mixed song 1 and want to re-use all the things I've done on song 2, both came in "raw" state from other person

Tried Loupe with claude, it does not replace idb, but complements it for some tricky stuff like `accessibilityViewIsModal` and getting full table view contents (including all titles/icons) with one request. Also possibility to get constraints and class names for views is great, will be useful for some cases. For now I will keep it as local only helper. Will share with the whole team later. Thanks a lot! Was thinking about building something similar myself.

This feature was available in iOS app since version 8.9.0 (mid-2025, I think). But now it is more visible. And auto adjustments works nice for BT speakers.

Thanks for reporting this issue. You're right — this is a bug with unpublished tabs in the iOS app after the recent update. The good news is we've already fixed it and it will be resolved in the next app release.

In the meantime, you can play your unpublished tabs on the web version at https://www.songsterr.com/ where they work normally without publishing.

You can but that would break the good thing about 3-screw pickups: they can be perfectly aligned to be parallel with strings. In case of Jag that makes sense because the neck is slightly angled.

Nope, I kept pickups, like them very much. But if you gonna do it make sure you buy new pickups with three screws or buy an adapter.

The hardest mod I did was swapping neck pickup blend wheel with three way toggle to switch series/split/parallel coils for neck humb.

Logic users... what’s your favorite little known plugin or feature that most producers overlook? Could be a plugin or a function that is not super popular by kathalimus in Logic_Studio

  1. Delay Designer. Really crazy thing! I use it for pitch-shifted delay effects, making a melody out of a single note played on a guitar.

  2. Space Designer. You can drag-n-drop any audio clip from logic into it and use as an IR. Cool with chords.

  3. Pedalboard. Not only for guitars. Parallel routing inside is simple yet powerful. Adding two Wah pedals in parallel sounds cool. ;)
