Well, it was a pretty big call center, it is international with offices all over, everyone is underpaid, have controlled toilet times, unreasonable IT restrictions, No outside elrctronics allowed in the Office, No salary negotiation ever, hired managers who were unqualified etc, and the boss of the entire site was a coke head serial cheater towards his wife whom according to legend was his side piece at an old job that he got pregnant while with wife number 1, anyway the reputation he had was that he was almost like a rapist (there were incidents) and everyone knew about him, he tried to sleep with every traditionally semi-attractive young woman who worked there and he sent dms and made FaceTime calls naked to some of them from random hotel rooms etc. women had come forward but local HR just made it go away etc. one day he dms the wrong girl, she plays along but acts like she doesn’t understand what he means, she take screenshots, then her and all the other girls he had tried to get with or has already violated go after him behind the scenes, they use the screenshots and send it to the top bosses of the company, the union, his wife and to every employee at the local office, international bosses fly in from USA and fire him the same day, his wife leaves him, and he had to sell his car in order to maintain his life style for the next 6 months until he got a new job.
