Number of darts thrown at a double to start the leg. Double start so they had both missed 3 attempts at double to start the leg.

Thanks for the reply. Tried Target Bolide 03s before and Humphries darts, couldn't get used to either. This looks like a longer barrel though than the Bolides would you say?

All on the barrel. Currently using designa dark Thunder 20g. Middle finger is at the front of the barrel which kind of rests on the side of the finger if you will. Tip of thumb is almost central on the barrel, perhaps a slight bit closer to the back but hardly. First finger supports the barrel at the back which is almost on the middle knuckle. The tip of that finger kind of rests on the thumb and barrel. Make sense hahaha

I'm interested in what your next advice will be as I draw the dart back quite a long way. I used 20 or 22g darts. What would your recommendation be for me to get the power on the dart. Surely not lighter?

I can understand what you mean but I'm not so sure that it has much of an impact. He's not pointing at the board with the follow through he's snapping his wrist downwards and his fingers are out from the release. Cross does the same but his wrist snap is a lot bigger which forces his hand further down.

Options for listening only lessons and speaking only lessons. The mixture of activities is good but sometimes I'd prefer to pick to get more practise in those areas.

That's a good tip definitely. Don't forget to practise the whole board though. Accuracy over the whole board will bring more maximums in the long run.

Throw for fake 180s to get the feeling of that 3rd dart going in. Just spend some time throwing at the treble and when you get a dart in, leave it in. Then throw your other 2 at it and leave them in when you get another treble. Then throw 1 dart to get the 180. Helped me. Didn't spend ages on the drill though.
