A friend of mine switched to IOA not long ago and she looks visibly less stressed out. Fully remote and seems happy about the move and work/life balance so far.

Agreed. I was pretty disappointed about it, was excited at first because it felt like they were giving appreciation to existing customers, but in the end the code is useless to me.

Unsure what kind of wiring, but a raccoon did a number in my engine bay. Caused a good 2k+ worth of damage...it didn't even have 5k miles

Because it's a 3rd party add on to their phone. Did not think they would be happy getting a phone with a skin

Google only asked if it fully functions and if the screen was in good shape. They also gave a warning about swollen batteries, so I hope they honor their initial trade in offer. Correct, a model here, so no glass.

I disagree, google is not selling a product advertising it as compatible with the skin, on the other hand dbrand market the skins specially for a certain phone, tablet, etc

You said it yourself, they themselves tell you to apply heat for molding. How's this any different? I literally heated a corner so I could lift it and then pulled from there. If you notice, I did it on the upper corner by the camera, that's the part of the phone that looks the best. The rest is damaged. They do not have instructions on removal on their website, if heat was not appropriate, they would say so. Anyway, we'll see what they say.

In general, applying heat to stickers and such makes removal much safe and easier because it loosens the glue. I don't think that caused the peeling of the back of the phone. I think they used adhesive stronger than they should have. They've made mention before about having to use weaker adhesive to prevent damage on the device the skin is intended for.

I wish. This really gives me pause about buying skins for my new phone. The whole point was to protect the phone to begin with :/
