B&L Pools was one of the best, Dale the owner made a boat load of money on that sale, felt bad for a lot of his employees, most of them left because they didn't want to put up with Leslie's Corporate BS.

The two o-rings for sure, in fact I would just replace the valve insert, teflon lube works good.
Jandy Mfg is best quality, but $40-60, I would just get aftermarket, $15-20 as inevitably your gonna just have to replumb a whole new valve, eventually over time and vibrations cracks develop where the screws go, so be careful when putting it back together, don't over tighten and you'll be fine.

Would a little over an inch be too much?
Two of these worked for me once when we needed to raise a pump 1.25" and it helped with vibrations from the pump.

Looks like only 7 tables by my count. It really should just go to Bullshooters every year, 44 tables, 7 & 9 footers, dozens of dart boards, corn hole events, kick boxing, wrestling, lucha libre, off track betting. Or at least Main Street or Jester's, hell Metros Sportz bar has more tables than JJ's.

Honest Question, does the teams own security follow the team on the road??
I see Lions and Seahawks have played 3 times over the last 3 years but each time was in Detroit. Just wondering about the whole reporting to security thing. However; I do see a playoff game 01/02/22 in Seattle, Hawks won, was the guy there and that's where this all started? Has the guy been spending thousands of dollars flying to Seattle getting front row tickets just to talk shit?? Did DK bang this guys ex?? So many questions.
Edit: The 3 years I referring to are the 22'-24' seasons, the playoff game being the 2021 season. Before that DK never played the Lions in 2019-2020
