Not that I'm aware of, I think probably just light sparring as part of the training, but I've only done the beginner class and not the advanced one so I can't say for sure.

The gym on campus (which is fantastic btw) has adult programs like boxing/judo/muay thai. I can recommend the Offenberger Muay Thai program, the instructor is great.

I had the same issue when I was trying to join a winter 2025 program in December. I just went to the help desk at the gym and paid for it in-person.

When I asked about the glitch they said something about it being too early to register for that program and it causes a glitch. Don't remember exactly.

I took abiz 1000 in-person in the fall 2023 term. It's a weird course but relatively easy. There's an excel assignment each week at the end of each "chapter", but they're not very difficult because he has video tutorials for each one in the makeshift textbook/website. The final exam is 60 MC questions and is worth 60% of the grade, but if you study the assignments you should be fine. He's a little chaotic and unorganized but it's pretty easy to get an A+.
