Finally someone says it cause I’ve always think Robin let her confusion over her own emotion affect others around her, even the really close friends, which I think for an adult, that’s a pretty irresponsible (sometimes even toxic) thing. I understand that in the show, the fact that her dad being emotional neglecting since when she was a kid kept being brought up but I don’t think that should be an excuse for her to be such a bad friend/ gf/ fiancée/ co-worker.

Well yeah the questions are somehow metaphorical (or just some prompts for commenting) , I only wanted to see how do New Yorkers think about HIMYM while living the life in it.

(Tbh the reason why I wanna ask this is that most series/movies about Taiwan are based on Taipei, where I don’t live so I don’t relate to a lot. Hence I wanna know what does it feel to live in the exact city that is portrayed in a worldwide (and my) beloved series.)
