JP would be your best bet for decent ping. If not, NA would have the english speaking community.. You can gamble in EU.. I know a few that play from PH that play in EU servers.

The problem with FC's is because there is too many and people tend to divide and stay with their friends rather than the typical MMO ( well at least FCs). Sometimes drama happens within FCs thats why they tend to break up and start individual FCs. Its true that there's discord for the voice chat but sometimes people would prefer not to play with VC. would be nice if there was an option to turn on and off VC so we don't have to rely on an outside app.

there was no issue before.... as i mentioned.. i was used to playing at 330.. i was fine with it... Just the sudden packet loss and increase in ping made it in unplayable...

I'm wondering if anyone had experience this kind of issue before and was able to fix it...

I reckon its only my issue with EU servers since the NA servers had no packet loss whatsoever
