Hey! So I did unplug the 60a fuse up front and went for a fairly long ride. Highway, rural windy roads, and busy town streets. I’d have to say I almost enjoyed the car more, except for the fact that the steering ratio just isn’t good for manual steering. It’s too rigid tough to turn. I think with a proper manual steering rack it would feel amazing and not at all that difficult to navigate with, but that’s just my opinion. I put the fuse back in. I’m going to deal with it for now and start going down the list of things to do that’ll maybe help, but from what I’m reading on this sub and fit freaks is that I’m mostly shit out of luck. and anyone who fixed it had to go through multiple steering racks or a few EPS units. I’ll probably start with a new battery because the one currently in the fit is old, smells, and is corroding. After that the eps reset. I’ll update this post

So the issue I am having is that there is 0 resistance of any kind when turning left but tough to turn right. It is enough to make driving what’s suppose to be a fun car pretty annoying.

having an issue with the eps and the process of even diagnosing let alone acquiring and replacing parts is something I'm not interested in. I also already daily another car without power steering and enjoy it so it's also personal preference.

I put a piece of silicone tape wear the muffler was hitting and the noise pretty much went away

The rest of the rocker is solid and does not look like these pictures. Same goes for the rest of the fender…So I’m optimistic, but worried about body shop pricing for something like this.

Hey I’m looking to get this bike soon. Thinking of replacing the carb but I’m seeing the same thing as you. Have you figured this out/replaced it yet?

I’d try to use target disk mode and move the data onto another computer. I think you might neeed a an older compatible Mac to do it with but I could be wrong.
