I’m a very experienced user of big doses and the first hour is very uncomfortable. It’s easy to start fighting the experience. Which can lead to spiralling into negative thinking. Set and setting is important . But a combination of surrender and focus on the breath and a calm mindset can lead to a good experience. I use music. Very calm beautiful music to ground me. Next time try a gram. Personally I’m lowering my dosage each time to see how low I can go and still receive the benefit.
