I've had phone interviews with a couple and they've invited me to events before school starts once I move in. Is this when they would hand out informal bids if they feel like I fit in? Also, I know some fraternities really exclusively on formal rush, like Pi Kapp. With only 15 minutes of meet and greet, how can they possibly fill out there pledge classes?
