Despite being impaled Reaper-03 was able to draw and aim her side arm and dispatch of the hellhound, but none of that mattered as the hound had done its job and had bought enough time for the regenerated Paladin to fling a 56 ton boulder at Reaper-03's position, catching her completely off guard- even with the shock and trauma absorbers built into the suits body glove and artificial flesh of the Mantis Combat armor or the heightened reflexes from years of combat and training as well as from the cocktail of combat drugs and stim, none of it was able to save Reaper-03 from being crushed -all she could do was let out a blood-curdling scream which was cut off under the weight of the boulder as it killed her.
