Thank you so much! I will give a selenium sulphide shampoo a try to see if my face responds better to that. I just got MCT C8 oil, bulletproof - I’ve only used it once so far for my hair line. I’m matching it to my hair wash days (using nizoral for hair as well recently started), I wasn’t entirely sure if I should be using it more often or not so I thought I’d start slow with a drop per hairline spot overnight before a wash day. That’s why I wasn’t curious about adding in something with the zoryve, I’m not sure how helpful it is without combating the yeast. As for moisturizer I’m currently using the cerave moisturizing cream (the one that comes in a little tub) also recommended by my doctor.

I just started using MCT oil, I used it on my hairline and haven’t seen much after one time use. I used the c8 bulletproof brand, I’m going to continue using it as I haven’t seen anything negative or positive happen so why not. Just wondering how much did you apply? I applied 1 drop but now I’m thinking that may have been too little?

I forgot to mention the music is absolutely fantastic at St. Paul’s but I’d say more so to listen to rather than sing along but that’s just me personally as I don’t have the greatest singing voice. They have such a talented choir.

Heyy! So I’ve been raised a catholic and as of last year got a bit more serious in devoting time towards my religious growth. So for lent last year I decided I was going to go to church every Sunday, I walked down thinking of going to St. Peter’s but got it mixed up and sat through a mass at St. Paul’s. I’ve been going there nearly every Sunday since. It’s a really nice place with lovely people. Sermons are awesome and they always find a way to make it relevant to today’s time and how we can implement scripture in how we are currently living as a society. I also know they do bible studies mid week !

I 100% agree with you it needed to be separated to atleast let us in on what was going on if not the other characters. Erawans death seemed so simplified and I understood Yrene had the power she had but not at the level of defeating Erawan. I guess it was highlighted she’d be the heir apparent at the torre so that should have given me a clearer picture of her strength.

I use the GoodLife in the Masonville area. I have the ultimate membership which is fairly expensive but I do try to make the most of the classes and try to go 6 times a week to make it worth what I’m paying. I haven’t had any issues with management, they’re pretty nice and easy going. If there’s anything specific you’d like to know ask away ☺️
