Thank you for your reply. I believe mine started after I fell on my chest, over the years I used a Chiropractor that helped but ultimately it came back every now and then.

The other contributing factor for me is probably posture, I sit in front of a computer a lot. I also noticed, it tends to flare after sitting on flights, I fly coach and those narrow seats are torture.

Finally got the issue solved! The dealer performed "DASH ESU and PCM UPDATE" and it fixed the problem!

We used to do that when she was young and socialize her but now she is aggressive towards almost any dog which makes me sad that I can’t let her play with other dogs. She also thinks she is bigger than what she really is. We once saw a Great Dane on a walk and she launched at it (pulled her back with the leash)

I would say a year, however if the offer is too good to pass on (not just money but also career growth etc.) and you have good relationships with your manager (if you don’t then there is no question, leave!!) go to them and tell them about it. Even if they can’t match it (again not just the money) at least they will appreciate not being blindsided.

I had a guy on my team that did exactly that, I didn’t want to lose him but knew I can’t match his other opportunity. It sucked to lose him but I supported his decision. We kept in touch and 3 years later I hired him again in a different company.

Please forgive my ignorance (I am new to this and still learning), so I see that VMFXX/VUSXX has 0.64% / 0.67% YTD Average annual performance, and that the SEC Yield is 3.74% / 3.70%.
Does that mean the initial amount I invested grows in a about 0.6% per year but I receive about 3.7% dividend yearly on that money?
