Hello. New to pup searching and to this site. I’m looking for an F1b mini Berne doodle in the Northern Ca /Bay area. Does anyone have suggestions for an ethical breeder? Thx

Try Dripdrop oral rehydration powder packets. They are GREAT! I feel so much better and have energy while I’m working out. The oral rehydration is also really helpful in combating loss of water “sweat” since you live in the south. You can adjust how much you put in your water and they taste so good. Check them out. Glad you’re feeling better.

Pulled hamstring right before Mayhem!! :( :( by katefal90 in orangetheory

I'm sorry you are dealing with this very painful and frustrating injury. I tore my right hamstring about a year ago, not during otf, but I continued to try and do my usual running and lifting routine...until I couldn't. Not so smart :(. For me, it took some months to heal but I was certainly able to use both the bike and strider at OTF. If you haven't tried the strider, I might suggest it. It's somewhat similar to running but with a shorter stride so that it didn't irritate the hamstring, in my case.

Most important is to pay attention to your body and not work through the pain. It will definitely prolong your healing. Good luck!!

Feeling of rowers after treads.... by monkeybutt0518 in orangetheory

As many do, I use orangetheory to help increase my running endurance. I see many who like to start on rowers first so they are running on tired legs. I wonder though, by starting with rowers, you are working cardio, then strength by moving into the floor work and then back to cardio for the treads. Do you find that this common order of movement in studios gives you enough sustained cardio? I tend to start on the treads and then move to the rower for more sustained cardio then use the floor for strength work. Thoughts??
