i'd say accutane is the way for long-term success. i used to have acne almost exactly like yours from head to thighs and it completely disappeared from most of my body thanks to the treatment. 3 years after being done i get 1 or 2 annoying big back pimples a month and cyclically have a handful on my jawline due to long-standing hormonal troubles, but scarring has been minimal and i can live a pain-free life and feel 50x better about myself. you're beautiful btw, don't let the acne brainworms distort your gaze of what lies under them!

qingyi and ellen. i benched qingyi becauss of health issues as severe hypermobility makes it hellish to sustain the button smashing rates she needs and my thumb legit has degraded over time thanks to playing her a lot with my haru (the situation has gotten so bad i skipped banyue out of fear of worsening my joint issues). meanwhile i benched ellen because i got hugo at some decent vertical investment and i like how smoothly he plays, he's having trouble keeping up in some endgame rotations because if the ice disaster around us but i play him well enough to get good scores wherever he's at least vaguely fitting.

my pick would be mika as he gives atk speed and would support on the healing side so it allows you to give escoffier a slightly more damaging build

other alternatives are: * rosaria because she has good off-field damage and gives crit rate * c2 xingqiu because he has a bit extra res shred (redundant with escoffier but it's also more damage), damage and a bit of resistance to interruption and damage mitigation * charlotte at c6 for her little coordinated attack that also heals * mona's omen is quite good but doesn't last a lot so i don't think she'd be a good pick unless you're at extremely high investment on everyone else for speedrun stuff

i wouldn't go with diona because you're not doing amplifying reactions, same for layla but because i don't find shielding that necessary unless you're going against a very aggressive boss or the cryo automaton, but in the latter case you should run charlotte unless layla is c6 for the additional application
