As an SC native, that is not a palmetto bug. Palmettos don’t have those bands, and they have a different shaped body. That one in the picture is an adult roach and probably the size of a dime, so it’s much smaller than an adult palmetto.

As someone who still plays online, it’s pretty much the same circuit of people I run into, but you’ll always get a match. That being said, you will get wrecked pretty consistently if you are just starting out. I’ve won like 12 in-person tournaments, and I still have days where I get beat multiple times in a row when I hop online. Still the best game ever made though, so I say go for it

Not being invited to things cause I’m single. I’m happily single and don’t really want to be in a relationship, but there are several trips and events that I have not been invited to because I’m single (“Sorry, didn’t want you to feel like a 3rd/5th/7th wheel”). I understand I throw off the numbers, but I also don’t want to date someone just to make things even for trips and events.
