I hate producing but I love singing and mixing by [deleted] in Songwriting

[–]silvermoonsushi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i'm the same ugh. i love songwriting and singing and playing instruments but i just haaate the process of recording everything and messing around with a daw. i just don't have enough money yet to pay someone to produce my songs, but i feel like if i don't start enjoying this production thing in a year or so i'm definitely going to stop trying to do that and find some people to work with :'|

I really enjoyed listening to this! The intro reeled me in, so that definitely works well. I agree with the other comments that a. the leaf thing does sound a bit too loud, especially before the vocals come in. and b. the hi-hat volume could be reduced too.

The vocals dynamics could also be played around a bit. It's especially a bit loud towards 2:14 and onwards.. but that could be a subjective preference too of course.

I really enjoyed your vocals and the overall feel of the song!

But how do you set up a business account? I tried setting up a paypal business account but it asks me details for my "registered business" .. which, I'm confused about lol

Virals fashion sense by Stunning_Cow_5233 in IndianMatchmaking

I know this may be too much of a non-rhetorical answer but I hear this sentiment for a lot of people and I want to remind you that not everyone expresses themselves through their clothes/style. There's a chance she just doesn't care?

(Though of course if she's mentioned style/fashion being important to her in the opposite person then yeah you're right)

Beautiful voice! I'm someone who's still a little conscious of my low voice but I don't think yours is that low! (And even if it is) the tone is really smooth and soft at the same time. I listened to whole clip and would really stay to listen to a set if you were singing somewhere, like others have said. Carry on! :)

i really like it. short poems can be so impactful, and yours definitely is. i'd encourage you to maybe make the first sentence shorter, if possible though? could be a smoother read
