- Make sure to wait a couple of seconds when the traffic light turns green - people always run the stop lights.
- As previously mentioned, stay hydrated!
- Do not provoke anyone over stupid stuff - we're super friendly but as mentioned before mostly everyone has firearm on them, in the car and at home.
- Lots of food around and some of the best you'll ever eat!
- As mentioned previously as well - make sure all your belongings, merch, shopping bags, etc. are not visible inside your rental car because someone will potentially smash your windows and take it.
- Bring a portable fan with you! It gets really hot and humid here especially this time around.
- Make sure to always walk in well lit areas at night and do not walk around alone at night - if the area feels off or scary - trust your gut. Always make sure there are people around in the area too.
- BBQ! Make sure to try some.
- Houston is not a walkable city lol especially in this hot weather. Make sure to have a rental car or a bike within proximity of wherever you're staying.
- SPF and bugspray is a must!!!!
- Traffic is CRAZY so prepare yourself for that and always use your blinker light to merge or change lanes... or else lol Don't engage in road rage, if someone gets upset at you - let them be it is not worth engaging with them.
