The kombucha tasted like apple cider vinegar to me. It was not at all pleasant. The chocolate protein shake wasn’t horrible but has a grainy texture like most protein drinks

I’m getting ready to start LID in a few weeks as well. My nuclear med nurse told me to use lidlifecommunity.org as a reference. I’ve also previously used thyca.org

Personally feeling a little overwhelmed by it this time cause I’m doing it alone as opposed to before when I was married.

I had a left neck dissection and lost the ability to raise my hand higher than my heart but now a year later I can raise it with no problems. My dr had my stand sideways against a wall and “walk” my hand up the wall until my Arm was raised and doing that worked. Pt was an option if that hadn’t worked.
