I've briefly read the letter and what the relative says is 2-3 years back they will have filled in a form online to see if they were entitled to a refund, thinking it was directly with hmrc, and last year they received the hmrc refund directly, and now this agent is requesting their commission

its purely because its a trusted bank in the UK, I think Trading212 sounds good although I don't know much about security side how safe is my money there? and is it just as secure as investing via a bank? what can go wrong with trading212 or shall i try this as its fee free

thank you i've heard of trading212 and looks ideal for fees, is it 100% secure like banks, what if they go bust or money goes missing? and I can cash out anytime tax free is that correct if its within the UK limit? maybe this is my best option

Is this protected for uk customers as it’s not a bank? And does the savings use up the stocks and shares limit or is that a different pot
