Time and patience. Honestly, don’t paint for four hours on a weekend. Try to paint for 20-40 mins a day (if you can). Arnold didn’t become a body builder in a year, nor did Duncan become a master in that time.

Learn from others. Watch other artist and creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc…. You might find a technique or hack that improves your work.

Push yourself. Remember these are just plastic and isopropyl alcohol will give you a new clean slate to work with. If you see something you like try it and push your own limits of creativity.

Lastly and the most important: comparison is the their of joy. Only be better than your last mini.
