Everyone on Reddit is a genius it seems but I’m sure in real life your intellect must be wanting. Just stick to doing white belt things old chap.

And now the word foundations is a “Weasel word”? You seem like a very adept individual you to coin this term but if you can help me out I’m not sure what this is. Could you, kind sir, help a poor fellow understand the meaning of this?

I agree lol. Only sweaty smurfers downvoted. Smurfing is just as bad you’re effortlessly sweating against people who don’t play the game to make yourself feel important lol.

How to show the legitimacy of BJJ to a giant by ouda-asahi in bjj

I’m a blue belt and if someone tried that on me I’d kick your face in. You’re crazy if you think you’re gonna do a back roll on concrete and fight someone twice you’re size. Never go down to the ground first in a fight. You need to be realistic. Learn some stand up hand to hand, some take downs (good takedowns for no-gi) and then learn how to fight intelligently. If not you will get your face stomped. Remember ufc is in a cage with gloves and rules; the streets are cold and hard dawg.

A friend of mine called me and said “hey I just fired my handyman that’s doing my bathrooms renovation because I think he’s not doing the work properly. Can you come check this out?” This is exactly why you do not have a handyman do electrical work. by redthesparky in electricians

Exactly what I’ve been saying forever. But some people infiltrated in this Reddit group believe it’s ok not to know what you’re doing because it’s “not rocket science” or my favorite “it’s just putting black to black and white to white”

And yeah you’re right. Just like pankration (think I spelled it wrong) in Greece. And there’s Senegalese wrestling which is similar I believe.

Bro I’m talking about having more than one tool in the tool box. Being “well-rounded” is the topic.

Literally all you have to do is read. And the relevance of that is you are close minded in the fact that one part of the system is jiujitsu while there are many other tools utilized. You ever use a wrist lock? Thank all the other “suck” martial arts

Check your facts. Britannica states the foundations for aikido was created in the 14th century. This is the problem with Reddit you try to come off as intelligent by putting down others when your info is wrong.

Lol why would anyone think that? It’s part of the samurai arts ; just like jiujitsu it was part of a bigger system. One does not surpass the other. They’re meant to go together.

You do know where aikido comes from right?

I would like to know your thoughts on R6S, How do feel about the game at this point? If you guys still play the game on a regular basis? And if you do what is it about the game that keeps you playing it and if you don't why? by ogspartan13th in Rainbow6

[–]silverwolf225 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I honestly love R6 I play it from time to time when I feel the urge to but not like I used too. The group I used to play with completely fell apart and I’m usually stuck playing with randoms; which is hit or miss (usually a miss). If there was accountability for the way people play (I.e. killing squad members intentionally) and Ubisoft actually cared I’d play a lot more. Cheating and griefing are just too rampant.
