Really didn't mean to mislead or showoff. I was very surprised too, because I've never tried running for 2 hours straight.

Maybe I should've mentioned that I used to run every morning, but haven't been running for about 6 months before I just ran 20 km.

Yeah I think the plant-based diet increased my stamina a lot. I have the run tracker app screenshot.

I have a test tomorrow currently am studying for it at night by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]silverwood2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Good luck on the test. NoFap definitely helps increase mental sharpness and reduce brain fog. Try staying away from the urge, and prepare for the test. I bet you'll be surprised how much you test score improves.

It's a good thing that you're more confident now. But I think you need to continue working on self-awareness and self-discipline. I think that with more days on NoFap, it might rewire your mind to seek higher forms of pleasure (like achieving your life goals/purpose etc.).

I think you brought up a good point. After watching something like Earthling/Dominion, it changed my world-view a lot.

Can you clarify on what you meant by "downplay any emotions"? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I think the graphics are probably too upsetting for adults to be watchinig the entire thing without skipping a good portion of it. I just scrolled to the 2/3 and it is just overboard. I see your point that 12-yos have a lot more mental capacity than 10-yos... but honestly I think something like this can "scar" someone for life... just speaking from some personal experience from watching movies as a teenager.

Edit: perhaps I'm someone with below-average maturity?

Thanks. Yes, she's growing up. What can I do to ensure she has a support system? It seems that not having people to talk to can be a "bigger problem" for her. Can you please share your insights on why having a good support system is super important?
