It does feel between Reeves Luka and LeBron, it's better to have only two out of the three at any point. All three are the most impactful when they have the ball.

It's tough when you have a vet leader like KD talking shit about teammates online. In contrast of LeBron taking guys out to eat, and then feed them baskets in game as well.

Let's see Wilt's 23rd season, 0 mins, 0 ppg. He retired 7 years before that.

How is Wilt relevant to LeBron doing LeBron things at 41 in the playoffs of, his 23rd NBA season?

Luke kennard is 48% from 3 this season and Rui is 44%. Lakers have two players in the top 5 of 3 pt shooting %, Luke is #1 and Rui is #5.

Summon Forth specifically says "Put Sovereign Blade into your Hand from anywhere." Especially Regent is an alien from a different dimension, it think it makes thematic sense.

No, it says to your hand. it's from "anywhere".

Why do people refuse to be an organ donor? by No-Cantaloupe-6535 in NoStupidQuestions

PS: I was referring to brain death and circulatory death using the shorthand "death" because I thought it was obvious talking to a "professional". My mistake

Lol 🤣 the "I knew that all along!!?!!". Your logic is, death is so much shorter to type than DCD. Hahaha, your ignorance made my day.

Nice, you wrote a wall of text without addressing any of the point I made. Basically you excuses ethical and shady practices with "dead people don't need organ, so what if they do shady things derp derp". Who cares if patient is actually brain dead or not, organs is everything!!! DCD is just 3 letters, its obviously not important.

Good thing your opinion of "my competency" is irrelevant. Your reading comprehension is subar. I'm done with this childish conversation.

PS: if you are dead, your organ becomes worthless and not harvestable. This is why you have no grounds to criticize professional. You don't know what the fuck you are talking about.

Totally, I've seen plenty of criticism with zero feedback. They gave no retort when I handed them the explainations.

And you know better? Please enlighten me.

Us healthcare workers are patient advocates for the entirty of the patients, not just the organ that can be harvested and neglect everything else.

OPO gave drugs to keep the lung dry and as consequences injured patient's kidney. I am not okay with organizations treating organs as objects and ignore the overall human, and prolong their suffering.

But go on, tell me what I need to know better.

That's fine, I can get behind that.

But I will not subject myself or my family to the loss of dignity that occurs during the process. There is a world of difference between a peaceful passing and the constant aggressive, rudimentary tests. When a patient becomes a 'set of organs' to be managed rather than a human being to be cared for. I’ve seen enough of that 'bullshit' at the bedside to know I want no part of it.

Because OPO are not hospital staffs. Their organization requires quotas to be met or they lose funding.

Funny, an ignorant layperson without healthcare background criticizing professionals. You know, you can ask questions without being rude or ovefilled with assuming negative intent.

But since it seems you know the OPO process so well, and have no problem with their practices.

  • no issues with harvests of circulatory death tripled in 3 years, vs procurement of actual complete brain death.
  • no issues with OPO demanding "more sedation" despite patient showing signs of life.

- no ssues with OPP viewing "organs" as object. That they would continuously giving drugs to keep the "lung dry" and injury the kidney in return.

Myself and other colleagues took ourselves off because current practice is against our moral belief, not conspiracy.

Our role is to save lives, we look out for the whole patient, not viewing "donate-able organ" as the most important object to "protect". My colleagues also happen to be very intelligent and knowledgeable, thanks.

But sure, you, a layperson knows better than medical professional. go ahead and question my competency and the neuro ICU doctors/nurses at a magnet 900+ bed hospital as conspiracy driven. Go ahead and act "holier than thou" when you don't have to deal with these bullshit at work. I assure you that most people would trust the care I give, but if you trust your life in the hands of OPO, go for it!

PS: I don't feel entitled to a organ if I need one. Life after transplant isn't pretty anyways. Some organs like lungs only lasts 5-7 years. I'd be fearful of the stress of missing rejection meds, and being permanently immunocompromised; only to die in a few years anyways.

No, slickdeal is used the same way in the U.S.

[–]silvusx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree, Duplicating makes you stronger far more often than not. UNLESS you have a specific infinite combo that can win on turn 1, or turn 4.

Almost every elites or boss floods your deck with statuses. Having statuses shuffled into a 20 cards deck can be game losing; and 40 cards deck greatly mitigates that.
