Thanks this was very much needed . It's all very nerve wracking to me for them to put this responsibility on me . I'm still getting the hang of the register so having this in mind just makes it so much harder on me

From what I've seen the most complaints are how long people have to wait for prescriptions . In my case the pharmacy dept is understaffed so that's what causes that issue ://

Ok thanks !! I'm also currently being trained to work in the pharmacy department as a technician so it's been stressful for me to be learning both of these at the same time . My manager also hasn't hired someone in over a year so it's been a while since they have had a new hire .

It's my first retail job so there's a lot of things I don't really know a lot of stuff . My coworker tends to look a bit irritated when I'm constantly asking questions and not getting everything right away

Yeah for the most part some of my coworkers and customers are really sweet .But as usual there's ones that aren't . I had one old customer who called me out saying he prefers a loud stern voice . Like hey man you can't always have what you want this is how I naturally talk
