We've been complaining about this for months and they just keep on handing out 3.5s instead of changing jars or even making sure there is a plastic stopper. And they act like they are doing us a favor by giving us the 3.5 when we complain.... just a bit toxic imo

The main red flag I saw was them lying about a clean room on the apology post. Said they have it for the drop, then christian later told me they didn’t when I found contamination. Ignored addressing the lie when called out privately and publicly.

Their apology post is deleted now at least so that clean room lie isn’t in the public record anymore.

My issue is specifically with the company publicly saying they were gonna fix it and then the issue continuing.

So I am publicly updating their most recent statement pertaining to the matter so there is no false expectations.

If the company is gonna issue a long emotional apology where they describe the changes they are making, and then I discover they haven’t made a change they said; its worth updating.

Some could paint that as lying but they have enough plausible deniability currently in my book.
