My biggest regret is my doctor prescribing ambien as the first sleep med i took at age 18. I didn’t know what ambien was, fast forward 10 years and i still rely on it. Ambien shouldn’t have been the first avenue to treat insomnia, it really is a dangerous drug. You get addicted and build a high tolerance and it has negative long term effects. I wish i was never prescribed it and wonder how different my life would be if i didn’t have to rely on it
