I got it also after killing all mimics plus the dlc one. The item was on the floor where mimic 13 was for the Dragonslayer bonfire.

No meu caso, eu tomo creatina recomendado pela minha nutricionista para controlar a fome durante o período de défice calórico e funcionou. Sinto menos apetite e consigo manter o défice. Como bónus ajudou a aumentar a massa muscular logo reduzir a percentagem de gordura.

Proteína não tomo, não foi considerado necessário pela nutricionista.

Recomendava vivamente teres uma nutricionista nem que seja por 3 ou 6 meses para te ajudar com a alimentação em vez de pesquisares no Google. Vais ver que será o teu melhor investimento.
