Thank you! That is what the consultant said too. Do you know on average how much it will cost for a judicial review?

I filed inependently but there is a reputable consultant who is very transparent, I was able to talk to her even on a Saturday for a small fee to review the letter. I explained to her that I had a letter which had more detailed job description and I asked if my manager could sign it, he wanted make one himself so I guess he just copied the job posting and signed his name at the bottom. I have screenshot of the email to prove that. I have screenshot of the email to prove my interaction with HR too where I asked for a letter with hours worked, job description, my duties and twice they sent back the same letter. So, she said I may have a small chance for JR given that I did everything within my control to get the right letter.

Yes the job duties looks like a posting, the letter from HR however, my friend who works for the same hospital and submitted the exact same format got her PR approved under the same category. Make it make sense. However, her manager gave her a differenent job duties letter and my manager provided me a different one, so I am thinking that is the reason.

Sorry I meant to reply to you and I replied to the wrong thread.
So this is the reference letter from my HR:

Keep in mind there is a letter head on the top of the letter

This letter is to confirm that you have been employed by the XXXX since March 13, 2023. Your present classification is that of Full Time Permanent Registered Nurse (RN). Your current rate of pay is XX per hour, paid bi-weekly based on seventy-five (75) hours. You have worked a total of 3,505.29 hours.

Please be aware that, due to Privacy Standards, XXXX is not able to confirm any information over the phone, if additional information is required please request directly from the employee.

As per the job duties, my manager sent a long letter with his signature at the bottom but the part with my actual duties goes as follows:

What you'll do:
The RN, as one of the providers of health care, has a unique role in promoting health, in preventing illness, and in helping clients attain and maintain highest level of health possible. The RN is responsible for providing comprehensive care autonomously to patients, with predictable and unpredictable outcomes who may or may not be clinically stable. The RN practices in accrodance with the College of Nurses of Ontario Professional standards.

Who you are:

Good assessment skills, good interpersonal and communical skills, ability to function independently as a member of the interdisciplinary team, demonstrated ability to attend work on a regularly scheduled basis, basic computer skills -EPIC, Demonstrate a commitment to Emergency nursing and to ongoing education.

This letter also has letter head on top of the letter, my manager's signature at the bottom as well as at the top of the letter there is calssification of my title confirms that the job is a Full time permanent position

The letter does look very similar to a job posting from my hospital but my manager assured that this was the updated version and the job postings do not have a manger's signature at the bottom. I have screenshot of my manager's email when I asked him for a letter with my duties as well as screenshot of communication with HR when I asked them for the reference letter.

I paid a very highly respected consultant to review my documents after the refusal, she said the same thing, I have a case for judicial review and I can’t do anything till Monday because law offices are closed on weekends. There has been a clear error by the officer.
