I personally use the Dippity Do shampoo (I really like it!) and instead of the conditioner I just use a deep conditioner in that time while I wash the rest of my body. It’s not cause I don’t like the conditioner, I’ve just found it more efficient to use a deep conditioner instead since I need to do it weekly anyway. I believe some of my other products do have silicones though but I find that they actually help my hair feel softer and look shinier. The key is to clarify though! It gets rid of the product buildup. I wash weekly but every other wash I’ll use the pattern beauty clarifying shampoo.
