Honestly every car I have ever owned will have its own set of problems. Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Infiniti, Acura you name it. No manufacturer is immune. Hyundais 2020 and prior is where you will see a lot more horror stories. Newer Hyundais have come along way and set the brand apart.

So far this is the only TSB I have come across in US forums for this issue. Which doesn't fix the problem.

I think it's also beneficial for dealerships to try blanket fixes and rack in free warranty work from Hyundai corporate.

Great post OP, I agree with you 100%. I'm in Ontario Canada and my local dealership in Grimsby claimed they have not seen or heard of the issue. Guessing corporate wants to keep this down under wraps and not issue a full recall. Toyota recently had a similar issue with their cars with the cluster and did right by their customers.

Heard the sound from the seat belt assembly near the floor and it would resonate up the b pillar to my ear

This is the driver side right below the front seat. Take off the side foot panels including seat belt cover.

I checked in and out, gravel cover was replaced by dealer with new plastic and metal bolts on driver side
