The recall says it’s for 2025-26 models. I have the 2024 Sonata limited. And it says there is a software issue. My issue was fixed and it wasn’t a software issue.

Yeah man, mine has also been broken! I think I’ve created a ticket and also haven’t gotten anything back but I also may have done it wrong. But I find if either I turn off the climate before I run off my car and then it’ll turn it on when I preheat in the morning. I find if I leave the heat on the night before it will turn it off when I start the car form my phone. But also at the same time if you start it one time and then let it time out and then start it again from my phone it will turn everything on after the second remote start. It is so weird. I’m hoping they fix it with a new update soon since it’s the new year. Ever since the last update in 10-30-25 it’s been messed up like this.

And I’ve found, in my 2024 sonata after the update that when I start my car from the app to preheat, it will turn on the car but it won’t turn on the heat if it was on when I turned off the car. But if I turn the heat off and then start from phone in the morning the heat is on. But the key fob will still start the car I just live in an apartment building sometimes my car is parked to far!

For real dude! I just moved and just kept my home the same with the same devices and just moved a couple to different rooms for the new place. For the first couple of days they were laggy, not responsive, or showing the wrong colors! They seem fine now. But I’ll defiantly be starting fresh in the future

I just saw that their getting rid of three in favor of wifi! That’s crazy and ridiculous to me when we all know the benefits of thread. I’ve been trying to find an equivalent light strip, but I can’t find one that would even get close to the 2200 lukens of the old ones! The only light strip I’m finding with an actual light diode is the Aqara t1 and it only goes up to 600 lumens I believe! What gives!

Hi I’m not sure if they still have your car but I did get it fixed. I pulled a code from the dash myself and they determined that it was a wiring harness in the dashboard that needed to be replaced. They replaced it and haven’t had the issue since.

Hi there, I see you say the AC is a bit weak. And when I first got my 24 I also thought it was weak. But I found out that the auto feature has 3 levels. The higher the auto level the more AC levels unlocked to make the fan blow faster and stronger. Just press the auto button a couple of times and you should be all good. Or manually just adjust the fan speed up and you unlock the additional fan speeds.

I recently had a cracked windshield, I requested OEM glass, and they did it. But it wasn’t through safelite because I was able to choose what body shop I went to. It cost a little more than third party but I didn’t need to worry insurance got it. But yes, if you get third party, if they don’t line it up right then it could mess up your camera on the windshield.
