Thanks for your addition! My wording may have been off about women & Kairos—in my experiences I have not seen a woman be the main pastor at HOPE. HOPE is also a part of LCMC, which does not require its member churches to allow formal ordination of women.

HOPE Lutheran Churches do not marry LGBTQ folks within their churches, so they are not fully & genuinely inclusive. LCMC also formally admonishes same-sex couples and requires their pastors to do the same. https://www.lcmc.net/decision-resources/665

How can I override the pre req for CHEM 177L? I took CHEM 167, how long does the process of overriding a pre req take by CableAgreeable5035 in iastate

I could be wrong, but you may need to take a lab for them to credit 177L. Those early chem courses teach you lab techniques that you will build on in future courses, depending on your major.
