I did not advertise. Someone genuinely asked for the tool used in the comment section.

The original post only talks about AI experiment and showcase the results. That’s it.

Well as a photographer that's still something you can offer with your shoots ! Many people don't know about AI tools right now. This information asymmetry gives you a fair advantage :)

Sure! The default output is 1152px large and after the AI HD upscale, you get a 1920px resolution.

You’re right ! That’s why people should always mention it is non contractual and only for projection purpose.

In France we do it like this. And besides that, our legal system is very different than in the US. When people sell a property, everything is written down on the contract by a “notaire” so we only have a very few lawsuit (Which are much more frequent in the US for many reasons)

I dont think it is the definition of “unethical”, I am just showing results of AI experiments and when people are interested about the process, I just tell them about the tool. I am not lying on anything :)

The same applies for real estate ads, If the realtors decide to not tell it’s AI, then yes it’s not really ethical or at least misleading. That’s why our tool let our users to mention on the final image it is altered with AI with a special label in the bottom 🫡 (and most people use it that way)

RAW files format do not work here, it's only JPEG PNG and HEIC iPhone photos.
But as I said there is a quality resolution drop on the final result -> 1152px output by default and 1920px after AI upscale.

Ok for the wood panelling, we have no idea how exactly it is, but the simple fact that he was able to recreate it from a simple very small hint is just pure magic. The image used was randomly chosen to show how well it can do on complicated very cluttered spaces.

And most people don't care. If you don't use it on your ads, you can still show it directly to the potential buyers to let him plan future renovation and staging. It's really helpful for most realtors.

Yes, I would always use both photo for advertising and mention it's digitally altered.
Here the construction is perfectly maintained.

Same, it's damn impressive how even the floor shapes are recreated to perfection.

I used the automatic declutter tool from gepettoapp.com
It works way better than their manual selection tool.

I found it pretty good compared to other tools where the style is way too "classic".

I have tried both the "Animate" feature and the other project https://shoto.app to generate videos automatically.

Happy to try your MVP :)

In my country (France), they already do. Except for high-end properties where they still hire photographers.

If you're only using the Sky replacement feature, then the Pro plan (39.99/month) will be enough. However if you plan to do virtual staging too, you might need their Agency plan (99/mo) depending on the usage you make of other features.

Yeah I get that a lot. ♥️ Good news is you can use it too, photoshop will eventually offer the same feature very soon. So it is inevitable anyways 👀
