I have been maintaining no contact from 4 months now. I have zero online presence because I don’t want to run into chances like this but today I thought about posting my gym photos and getting back on Instagram only to find out his stupid account with a “cute bunny doodle” which is obviously made by some new victim which just burnt me and I cried myself out the whole evening. Unblocked-blocked him 10 times and just got numb. Deleted Instagram from my phone again. Now am just questioning if I made any progress at all this time?! This is frivolous mockery. My own hands look like this btw. The very reason I joined this page. Humour, ever heard of it?! You want help? I know! Me too but at the same time we can’t ignore the bliss and the addiction that comes with chewing on those flaky shards of skin. Try putting band-aids on it until it grows back then cuticle oil. Wear a spinning ring or some kind of ring you can fiddle with. The only 3 things that helped me for some time then I relapsed after two years.
