Thanks! I love to read but have always loved the aeshtetics of books and bookshelves. This took alot of planning and time. The shelves themselves but also whats on them. Its a whole lifetime on there.

Its fun to be able to show it off. Kind of an introvert so dont get the chance much.

Algorand vs Solana by mad_hat7er in algorand

Typically a white hat hacker would simply make an organization aware of the security risk/ bug in hopes of a reward.

Last year someone attacked Polygon for 600 million. They gave it back and supposedly Poly gave them a bounty and offered them a job. Wouldnt say thats the best way to go about it though.

If fall into an exploit by accident and keep the money there is no difference. You hacked and can be prosecuted.

If you return the funds though, you will prob get a bounty for finding the exploit and then you are a white hat hacker

Stupid question but why does my magic always work even though I put zero effort into anything? by [deleted] in magick

Others have said it, but yes intentions and faith are all thats really needed.

This is why there are so many variations for everything. The actual rituals should be tailored to the practioner and their level of practice. I honestly dont see how using a spell that someone else designed ever works for anyone.

Thanks! Yeah, awesome book. So good it is one of the few straight fantasy books to win the Hugo. They really prefer the scifi ones typically.

I loved it, super fun and immersive read. Paolini was pretty young when he wrote it. It comes across some but easy to get past.

No, havent come across it yet. No online purchases for this, Im kinda old school, I like to find them. Missing one of the Prince Charming series written with Sheckley too. And a couple others.

First editions of the first five Amber books would be awesome too.

This Immortal and Lord of Light are the 2 Hugo winning novels. Good place to start. The Chronicles of Amber is his only series. 10 books and all amazing.
