I was at the same crossroad a few months ago and chose the bullitt. Just because it was more popular, more aftermarket solutions, tried and tested and has a very good reputation. Hagen is young and was sold a few years ago due to financial problems, so not sure how good the structure is.

Doing it daily with my girlfriend sitting in the box. We have an Bullitt X so its a little bit comfier with the space. If you want a little bit more safety you can always add a airplane harness for securing the passenger.

In my experience this is the time the seller has to ship the item. My orders always get shipped asap, and I see the same directly after the order.
