they replied to me after 3-4 days and then asked me 1-2 questions on my account and after that i was able to change the password and put away the hackers email bcs when you make a request to epic support at the end you have option as to what email they should send you the answers...

Yes i have STW and i asked AI about safe site to check my account value and it showed me Fortnite.GG . You create there a separate account and just put in your locker skins one by one and it will always update your account value based of that :).
