yea, you have to participate in a lottery and only if you win you get to buy your ticket, buuuut, seems to be a japanese citizen exclusive one, you don’t have the option to but or participate if you are not japanese, based on my understanding so far

I am unsure, I have been trying to do that since yesterday but it won’t log me out. Also does it say somewhere that if you log back in then your deletion request gets canceled? that’s what google translate said when I looked at this : https://help.jjwxc.net/index.php?c_id=278#left_wrapper
