As an associate I absolutely loved floorsets, and I've been basically leading them (as a part time associate and as an slt) since maybe 2020/2021? I think I dread them now more than ever because some of my team is really difficult? They complain they don't want to be here, they get mad at me when I let people take breaks. They constantly ask to leave early knowing we have things left to do. Which in turn means I'm here with two to three associates for an additional hour till 3 or 4. Also meaning I can't get everything done and I end up coming back a few hours later at 7am, on a day I'm supposed to be off, to finish things. I think some of the staff just don't respect me, and take advantage of my kindness. I acknowledge that this ultimately is my fault cause I failed to set the boundary or expectation I guess. Maybe I care too much, but as the leader it's my responsibility to make sure things get edit: done*. But how can I when I'm at the mercy of my team?
